Randy is an experienced energy professional with an extensive Market Risk Management and ETRM implementation background at multi-national petroleum and liquids, power, and natural gas trading and distribution firms. Randy spent more than 15 years in market risk management roles of increasing responsibility in the energy trading industry, holding global positions at Cargill, Ameren, and Entergy. He has experience across quantitative and qualitative risk assessment (Value at Risk, Stress), P&L attribution and explanation, risk metric calculation and interpretation, and risk policy development. In the last few years as a consultant, he has led multiple ETRM implementations and upgrades across Power, Natural Gas, Crude and Liquids. He most recently worked on a power and natural gas storage P&L redesign for a generation co-op.
